Horgan’s Vintage Irish Cheddar

Horgan’s Vintage Irish Cheddar is a real cheese lover’s cheese. Aged and matured for up to two years, this cheese boasts a strong flavour and rich aroma, which is balanced with a hint of creaminess. Through the lengthy maturation process, salt crystals form naturally, giving a distinctive crumbly texture and a real bite. From Mitchelstown, Co. Cork, the tradition and reputation of the Horgan family name has been synonymous with the finest quality food products since 1921. This cheese, which has been specially selected by Michael Horgan, is the product of generations of passionate Irish cheese makers. Pair with Ballymaloe Jalapeno Pepper Relish.

 

Cashel Blue

A subtle creamy blue cheese, firm and creamy-edged with an established character – offset by a mouth-watering tanginess. Louis & Jane Grubb began making Cashel Blue in the early 1980s, with the ambition of creating a farmhouse cheese that truly represented the outstanding quality of Tipperary grass-fed milk. Today, more than 30 years later, in the hands of the 2 nd generation, Cashel Blue is still made by hand on the sane 200-acre farm; Beechmount in Co. Tipperary. Pair with Ballymaloe Original Relish.

Cooleeney Camembert

A full flavoured soft cheese with robust flavours of mushroom and oak. At Cooleeney Farm, the fourth generation of the Maher family work the land. Nestled in the heart of Tipperary’s prime dairy country, the land is blessed with peaty soil, a perfect climate and clover rich glass; so, it’s no wonder that the pedigree Friesian herd only produces the best milk for Cooleeney cheese. Pair with Ballymaloe Cranberry Sauce.

Sheridan’s Irish Brown Bread Crackers

These crisp and delicious crackers are made using just four traditional Irish ingredients, including buttermilk to impart the distinctive Irish Brown Bread taste. Perfect with Irish cheese.
