Baked Ham and Honey Mustard Baguette

  • French Baguette, Ciabatta or 2 slices of country white loaf or sour dough bread
  • 2 slices of baked ham
  •  Butter
  • 2 tsp Ballymlaoe Relish
  • ½  tomato
  • A few thinly sliced pieces of red onion
  • A few leaves of romaine lettuce or butterhead
  • 2 tsp of Ballymaloe Honey Mustard Dressing

Home baked ham with crisp lettuce dressed in Ballymaloe Honey Mustard is delicious. For this simple sandwich cut your baguette or ciabatta in half and gently grill.  Nice white yeast bread or sour dough would work well too.

Spread the toasted bread generously with butter and Ballymaloe Relish and top with slices of tomato. Follow with salad leaves and finely sliced red onion tossed in the Ballymaloe Honey Mustard Dressing. Top with sliced home baked ham, if you have any leftover roast chicken this would be an excellent addition. You can add cucumber or radish if you would like extra crunch.
