Peach and Parma Ham Salad

Ingredients

6-8 slices Parma ham

250g drained buffalo mozzarella

2 sliced peaches (lightly grilled if desired)

Mixed leaves

Ballymaloe Honey and Mustard Dressing

Method

Mix all of these ingredients in a bowl together with Ballymaloe Honey and Mustard Dressing.
