Parma Ham and Peach Salad with Ballymaloe Honey and Mustard Dressing

Peach and Parma Ham Salad

Ingredients

(Serves 2)

6-8 slices Parma ham

250g drained buffalo mozzarella

2 sliced peaches (lightly grilled if desired)

Mixed leaves

Ballymaloe Honey and Mustard Dressing

Method

Ballymaloe Honey & Mustard Dressing is a tasty Summer dressing made with Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil that has a delicious sweet flavour and subtle kick.

1.Wash and prepare the leaves.

2.Cut the buffalo mozzarella and Parma ham into bite size pieces.

3.Slice the peaches and grill on both sides. This char will add delicious flavour to the salad.

4.Toss the leaves, buffalo mozzerella, Parma ham, peaches in a bowl with Ballymaloe Honey & Mustard Dressing.

Arrange the dressed salad neatly on a plate and serve straight away.
