Rustic beef sandwich with Ballymaloe Country Relish and mayonnaise



• Bread
• A few slices of roast beef
• A handful of rocket
• A little butter
• 1—2 teaspoons of Ballymaloe Country Relish
• 1—2 teaspoons of mayonnaise
• Salt and freshly ground pepper


Cut a few chunky slices of bread and spread a generous layer of butter on them. Mix the Ballymaloe Country Relish with the mayonnaise and spread on the bread. Place the beef and rocket on the sandwich and season with a little salt and freshly ground pepper.
