Warm Chicken Salad with Ballymaloe Steak Sauce
1. Slice the chicken breast and fry in a pan.
2. In the meantime while the chicken is cooking, prepare the salad. Toast the almonds, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and thinly slice the Granny Smith apples.
3. When the chicken is fully cooked, generously toss in some Ballymaloe Steak Sauce and further cook until the chicken looks a bit caramelised.
4. Toss the salad in a bowl with Ballymaloe French Dressing and serve with the chicken warm.
