Ingredients
  • Good Quality White Bread roll/bap
  • A Little Olive Oil
  • Free Range Sausages
  • Free Range Bacon
  • A Little Butter
  • 2 Teaspoons Ballymaloe Original Relish

  1. Sizzle the sausages and rashers in a frying pan until cooked through.
  2. Butter the bread and add a dollop of Ballymaloe Relish to both sides and assemble your scrumptious sausage and rasher sandwich!
