Beetroot tarte tatin

A very quick and easy Tarte Tatin, that is indulgent and moreish. With carmelised beetroot, crisp pastry, fluffy ricotta and a fresh parsley dressing,  Beetroot Tarte Tatin a wonderful centrepiece for lunch or dinner. Lovely served with a mixed leaf salad.

Ballymaloe Lasagne for two

Lasagne really is a heart warming meal. Ballymaloe Bolognese Sauce helps half the prep time, allowing you extra time to relax and enjoy layers of creamy béchamel, rich Bolognese and maybe even a glass of red. This is delicious served with a green salad and homemade garlic bread.

Greek Pizza

This is a Greek inspired pizza with kalamata black olives, feta cheese and red onion. Halved cherry tomatoes are a nice addition, we’ve added some Ballymaloe Irish Beetroot. It’s fun to experiment with pizza toppings, we like Parma ham, fig and buffalo mozzarella or blue cheese and caramelised onion.
