For three generations, the McKeever family have been growing apples on their County Armagh farm and their Long Meadow Cider* is the perfect pick for our Balsamic & Irish Apple Cider Vinegrette. The cider, blended with a full-flavoured balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard and seasonings, adds something special . Perfect on a Caprese salad of tomato and mozzarella or simple green leaves.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Shake well before use. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within six months.
