Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the onions. Sauté onions in pan on a medium heat.
  2. When nearly fully softened, add Ballymaloe Steak Sauce and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Turn the heat up a little to caramelise the onions to a nice rich brown.
  4. Cook steak to how you like it (we recommend medium rare).
  5. Once cooked, rest and slice into 1cm slices.
  6. Butter the bap, lay a bed of rocket, add the sliced steak and caramelised onions, and pop your bap top on!
