Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets
- 2 tbsp plain flour, seasoned
- 2 free range eggs, beaten
- 4 slices white bread, crumbed
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp Ballymaloe MayoLish

Method
- Place flour in a shallow bowl, breadcrumbs in a second bowl and egg in a third bowl.
- Dip the fish fillets first in the flour, then dunk into the egg and gently toss in the breadcrumbs ensuring the entire fillet is nicely coated
- Fry the fish in a hot pan until breadcrumbs turn golden brown and fish is cooked through.
- Serve with Ballymaloe MayoLish and a side salad or chips.
