Bring taste to the table, this summer with our newest product, MayoLish. It’s the perfect blend of our legendary Ballymaloe Relish and our creamy Ballymaloe Mayo. This exciting new product brings together the best of both worlds, and is extremely versatile.

Slap it on burgers, dollop it on salads, drown your fish and chips in it (don’t judge, we’ve all been there). MayoLish is the ultimate all-rounder and the best part? It comes in a handy squeezy bottle made from 100 percent recycled plastic.

To celebrate this perfect pairing, we have started donating our surplus products to FoodCloud, the Irish non-profit dedicated to fighting food waste and food insecurity. Did you know that in Ireland, over 770,000 tonnes of food is wasted every year. By donating 636 tonnes of our surplus products to FoodCloud, so far in 2024, the equivalent of 1.5 million meals, and approximately 2,035 tonnes of CO2-eq avoided.

So far in 2024, at Ballymaloe Foods we donated 18 tonnes of food surplus to FoodCloud, which equates to 42,920 meals and avoiding 57.7 tonnes of CO2.
