Discover Our Story
Ballymaloe Food’s is an Irish family run business in County Cork, Ireland. Established by Yasmin Hyde in 1990 and today is still run by Yasmin with the help of her daughter Maxine.
Yasmin began making Relish in her kitchen using her Mother Myrtle Allen’s recipe. Myrtle Allen of Ballymaloe House became renowned for her extensive knowledge and passion for food in Ireland. Myrtles legacy, Ballymaloe House, continues to be recognized for its outstanding food, winning multiple awards including a Michelin star. Alongside Ballymaloe House, Ballymaloe Cookery School was established in 1983, which delivers a first-class culinary experience to students across the World.
We at Ballymaloe Foods, cook using traditional methods and the best quality ingredients, resulting in delicious tasting products. Ballymaloe Original Relish
Ballymaloe Original Relish is rich in tomatoes, delicious and versatile. It is excellent with beef burgers, French fries, cold meats, cheese, sausage rolls and salads.
