We could wax lyrical about the health benefits of eating avocados but, to be honest, the fact that they’re really tasty had us sold! Add a smear of cream cheese and a generous helping of Ballymaloe Relish to this bagel, alongside the roast chicken, and let the flavours speak for themselves!
- 1 bagel of your choice (halved)
- 3 slices roast chicken
- ½ avocado
- 1 tsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Ballymaloe Relish
- Contains gluten
- Contains diary
- Contains mustard seeds.
- Toast your bagel, then cover the base with cream cheese and the inside of the lid with lashings of Ballymaloe Relish.
- Add your roast chicken slices and seasoned & sliced avocado.
