Description

We could wax lyrical about the health benefits of eating avocados but, to be honest, the fact that they’re really tasty had us sold! Add a smear of cream cheese and a generous helping of Ballymaloe Relish to this bagel, alongside the roast chicken, and let the flavours speak for themselves!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel of your choice (halved)
  • 3 slices roast chicken
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Ballymaloe Relish

Method

  1. Toast your bagel, then cover the base with cream cheese and the inside of the lid with lashings of Ballymaloe Relish.
  2. Add your roast chicken slices and seasoned & sliced avocado.
  3. That's it! Happy eating!
