  • 2 handfuls Rocket Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Ballymaloe Cranberry Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 slices sourdough bread

Instructions
  1. Cook the chicken on a griddle pan, you can use leftover roast chicken instead if you have some. Mix the Ballymaloe Cranberry sauce with mayo and spread on both slices of sourdough. To assemble,top each piece of sourdough with salad leaves, slices of griddled chicken and finish with some cranberry mayo.
